Resource Diplomacy
The ground-breaking MA Resource diplomacy comprises of two professional tracks.

The first one “Water Diplomacy” enhances students’ scientific knowledge and capacities to engage in water cooperation and diplomacy processes, as well as trains professionals to contribute to the public debate and discourses on shared waters.
The revolutionary track “Human Behaviour Diplomacy” equips future IR professionals with the data- driven comprehensive understanding and in-depth analysis of actors, processes and diplomacy handy tools.

During studies:
Students will study the mechanisms and tools of humanitarian diplomacy, including soft power and public diplomacy; the impact of geographical location, resource allocation, and their role in geopolitical processes, including conflicts and state rivalries. The programme includes fieldwork to analyze the interaction of people in various global contexts, from international organizations to local communities, revealing important aspects of government, economics and politics relevant to international relation.

Admission requirements:
The program is designed for 2 years of full-time studies in Russian (Natural resources diplomacy track) and English languages (Humanitarian diplomacy track). The location of the campus is Rostov-on-Don. Tuition fees for 2026 are…….
Enrollment in fee-paying places will be based on the results of a competitive selection process within the established number of places. Compliance with the focus of the programme and the availability of an honors diploma are taken into account.
