AI in Material Science
Все о программах
Relevance of the programme
  • The Master Programme “AI in Materials Science” is truly interdisciplinary combining strong theoretical knowledge and practical skill in modern materials characterization techniques and some practical skills and valuable tips on the application of artificial intelligent in the automatization of chemical processes, data analysis and visualization.
  • We aimed to share our knowledge in modern chemistry (such as implementation of flow-through microfluidic-based synthesis), advanced materials diagnostics (such an in situ and operando as well as multi-spectroscopic techniques) and application of AI algorithms in acceleration of time and resource consuming quantum chemistry simulations, data analysis and computer vision.
  • Our tutors have been awarded by PhD and PhD with Habilitation in leading European and Russian Universities and Institutions and combine their educational activity with active involvement in Research projects supported by different Scientific funds as well as industrial partners.
  • The language of teaching is English, while the foreign student can also study Russian language as a elective course.
Relevance of the programme
The Master's program "AI in Material Science" includes the study of the latest developments in the field of materials science.
Learning outcomes:
Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to:
  • Analyze and synthesize data on the structure and properties of materials using machine learning methods
  •  To develop digital models of technological processes in materials science
  • Apply deep learning algorithms to analyze microscopic images and spectral data of materials
  •  Create artificial intelligence systems to automate experiments in materials science
